Refund Policy

Scope

This policy applies to purchases made from Ploxareluothepix. By placing an order you accept these terms.

Right of withdrawal

If you are a consumer in the EU/EEA, you have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving a reason. To exercise this right you must inform us clearly (e.g. by email to infocenter@ploxareluothepix.world) before the 14-day period expires.

Effects of withdrawal

If you withdraw, we will reimburse all payments received from you without undue delay and in any event within 14 days of the day we are informed of your decision. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent them back.

Return of goods

You shall send back the goods without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day you communicate withdrawal. You bear the direct cost of returning the goods unless we agree otherwise.

Defective goods

If the product is defective or not as described, you have rights under applicable consumer law. Contact us at infocenter@ploxareluothepix.world to report the issue and we will work with you to resolve it.
